Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within seven (7) days of your order’s arrival.

Please email: shop@janissavitt.com prior to returning your merchandise to request a return authorization (RA#).

No returns will be accepted without an RA# and prior notice. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your request.

All merchandise must be returned in their original condition and postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt. Used merchandised cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to reject any return/exchanges that does not comply with the conditions stated.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The package must be insured and postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery with the RA# visible on the outside to be eligible for return. Janis Savitt is not responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit.

All returns will be refunded in original form of payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued within five (5) business days.

Sale and promo code items are FINAL SALE.

Shipping

UPS is our preferred carrier for shipping and returns.

In stock orders ship within 1-3 business days.

UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping:

International Orders: Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency of your destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees (I.C.O.D) are collected at the time of delivery.

International shipping may incur additional charges after checkout as we do not have access to the customs duties and value added tax when the order is placed. Prior to shipping you will receive an invoice via email for the additional charges.

All orders received on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be processed the following business day. Please contact us if you would like to pickup your item at our New York showroom.

Payment Info

The website runs through a secure SSL connection. All card payments are handled by Stripe and we have no access to your card information.

We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express as forms of payment. Customers will be charged as soon as order is submitted on janissavitt.com.

You will receive an order-confirmation email once your order has been submitted and payment has been authorized (this may take up to 15 minutes). Please contact us if you do not receive an email with your order.
